Bought a DVD-RW and NEED HELP!

Hello,

I bought a DVD-RW called CnM it works perfectly fine, but when I install my sims 2 double deluxe game, it keeps making this weird noise and then when the installation comes up to current file, it's stuck on 0%

could use some help please, really wanna play Sims.

Dear Shaai,

Please have the problem solved through the below help. The problem should not be sourcing from the drive.
