My listen server oesnt appear on lan

Hello,



i have a problm hn i create a listen servr in cstrike 1.6 in garena my server doesnt appear on lan or slist i dont knw y
i have also changed i booystrap setting to -nomaster -game cstrike but know use any body could only connect if i giv my ip address in main chat but i want my server to be displayed in lan or slist plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz giv any soln
