Sigmatal 3600i SIM2 need registration number

Hello,



Please help me where to go for getting registration for SIM2 of my recently purchased dual Sigmatel 3600i mobile. Only SIM1 is working now. When insert other sim in SIM2 place, asking registration number (IMEI number.). Please give address and phone number in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai for getting registratation for SIM2.
