Phone 5310c getting started after the update Closed

Hello,   

my phone 5310c express misic is not getting started. only desktop (1st screen) of the phone appears & then when light gets off, my phone gets switched off, i hav to again restart it.. it is not getting updated. plz help me.   

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.3

Hi there,

What was the last action done on handset before this occurs?it seems that the platform is corrupted and needs to be flashed,did you try to update the firmware before this happens?please give more information.
