Civilization V- error please help Closed

Question

Hello, 
I just installed my Civilization V which is compatible with my PC and i have a issue, i try to run it in dxlvl 9 and 10-11 but it opens and closes with in a flash of a second like a black box pops up then just disappears any idea why, patches etc

Please provide more information,is your system up to date?if not then run Microsoft update and fix the issue.

Please consider repairing  your system for there should be some missing or corrupted files on it.
