Q7 phone doesn't work with pc suite

Hello,

I'm using Q7 phone but unable to connect to PC suite. I've downloaded PC suite & USB drivers from micromax site but still its not working. I'm using windows XP & Q7 phone, it is not getting detected in any of the USB ports. I tried in other PCs too, its same result. So can any one help me out in overcoming this issue

Hi there,

As mentioned on other pc its the same then you should try changing the usb cable and try again.

Hello, please indicate whether you have had its cable driver installed or whether it is missing and causing such trouble.
