Hello,
ive bought a samsung wave GT-S8500 and i am with bsnl 3G connection,To get the settings i was asked to sms d model name &number to58355.when i did that i get a reply that the formet is wrong. please guid.

Hi there,

No worries then its better you make a call and request for the manual settings taking a pen and paper noting it down then set it on handset,its free.
