How to enable print services Samsung Android

How do I enable the print services function on a Samsung Android. I have downloaded the Samsung ad on and the HP add-on for the printer and I still get the message that there are no printer Services enabled please advise thank you very much Michael Bates 586-4************

OK, so are you connected to the same network as the printer?

When you start talking about networks I get a little confused however here's the situation I have a Samsung Android I think it's version 7 and I'm trying to connect via Bluetooth to a Hewlett-Packard bluetooth printer which I've been able to pair the two together however I get the message " no Print Service enabled."
I have downloaded the apps that are supposed to enable this function such as the HP and Samsung amongst a couple of hours just for the heck of it but I still get the same message every time. Please advise thank you so much.

If you don't understand what I am asking, then I cannot help. You have to be attached to the same network as the printer. SImple!
