Hello,
My name is shun.
and everytime i call windows vista or dell they always charge people just
to help them fix there laptop.so i decided to come here.here's the problem
that when ever i start my laptop up in normal mode it starts up and all but after
about 10 seconds the blue screen pops up and just restarts my laptop.then i go
into safe mode and nothing happens.But i really need my laptop in normal mode,
so that i can do my school work so if you can help me i would be very thankful.
the laptop is a INSPIRON 1501 runs on windows vista

dude just for ur information and mine also please mention that what the blue screen error indicates that is written in BOLD

take a sample

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_STRAP

and at the end there is a name of file which is corrupt like

pagefile.sys


please mention full or ur problem is non understandable

and take my recommendation download an Avast! antivirus its free and after installation it asks for boot mode scanning do it and remove all corrupted and affected files and also if system files are damaged then please reinstall os and install avast first thn other things
