Hello,
i have problem with my samsum mobile model B5702.IT DOES NOT START UP when i switch it on.it is just show up the logo for samsum but does not continue.
please,help

Hi,

Software platform is corrupted which needs to be reinstalled completely ,take to a repair center and let the professionals do the needful for you.
