Nokia 2730 C goto shortcut problem

please help me on the following issue.

I'm following problem in my nokia 2730 classic.

In the home screen goto shortcut , I'm willing to have one installed game. So, I went to

Select option --> Application list -->

Here the problem. when I clicked the application list my screen automatically goes blank...

I need to restart phone once again. Is there any way to fix this and get the game shortcut icon in goto menu.

Help me on this. Thanks in advance.
