my dvd rw doesn't work Closed

Question

Hello bought a new game to day and wasgoing to install it but wen i put the dvd in the dvd rw it didn't even started and if i try to  start it myself  it says please insert disk in drive :E  ; already cheked and the drivers are up to date  also tryed with  diferent dvds , cds or other games  and music cds  and will play or run  music cds  or pc-room but not dvds or games that require dvd-room .... (and yes is a dvd-rw b4 you ask at least that is wath is says) can some1 help plz thx in advance

Hello, 

The problem might be sourcing from the lens, please have it cleaned up and if still does not work, please have it replaced.

Also confirm whether the cds are not scratched.

did clean the lens and the dvd's ,are not scrathed so just gona replace it thx again
