i tried to do that but the method of zero button "0" and power button
is uncompleted , no recovery options are appeared

the method of ''0'' is not functioning as the recovery partition is corrupted or was removed/formatted,this error you got while using recovery dvd might be dvd has scratched and your dvd drive cannot read it,try repairing the cd using instructions from link below or use an external dvd drive plugged to system,fo this you need to change boot sequence in bios to ''usb cd/dvd rom' it must be plugged before changing the boot sequence:
