Blue screen while installing Xp on dell 280

Hi,

Dear i have dell 280 machine. I m trying to install win XP but during the file copy to HD, errors appear with blue screen. i change HD but same satitution is there.
plz help suggetion to solving this problms. thanks

some time ram can creat this proplem and also 4gb ramcan not support xp so we get this message.thanks

If you have sata hard disk then you will definitely have this bluescreen for xp installation specially on making downgrade of system,have the instructions from Faq:
