Blue screen error while instaling xp

Hello,

i am using a Toshiba laptop, it comes wit a Win 7, i am trying to install win xp but everytime win setup tries to start , this blue screen error comes up stating that imay have virus and i should perform CHKDSK /f.....please help me getting a solution..i have run the online Malicious virus tool from microsoft and it detected nothing.
please help me and thanksin advance.
