Hi,

My friend, from abroad, has bought a new digital camera. He has sent me some photographs but my problem is that the photographs are too large! Is there any way to make them smaller? I guess yes, so how to do it?

Hello,

Did it fell down?

It maybe that the lens inside has lost focus. Have you tried to clean the lens?

If the problem still persists, then it might be an internal damage. Try to get it repaired or purchase a new one!
