Pc kies samsung GT-C3330

Hello,
Sir, I have two samsung mobile c3310 & c3330, c3310 is working in pc kies sucessfully but when I connect my c3330 mobile message disply continuesly connecting............ I just wait for half n houre but it was not connecting to pc kies. pl. give me a solution as early as possible. I will thankful to u.

Hi,

The mobile may not be compatible with it and may require pc studio to be connected to system,try with pc studio and let me know what happens,you can have it on official Samsung website,just follow this link:
