Highlight if there is a difference

Hello,

I am trying to highlight every row that has a difference. I need a macro that will perform this task. I am looking at col E. Some lines of data are duplicate but has a difference in col K.

3010016907 TOWNHOUSE REDUCED FAT CRACKRS 13 OZ 41 71 $0.50
3010016907 TOWNHOUSE REDUCED FAT CRACKRS 13 OZ 41 71 $0.44

Do you have a fix amount of columns? Is the macro suppose to check each column and compare, or just on column E and K? A sample of your data on a worksheet would be more helpful.
