Hi,

I'm having a problem with my keyboard RT7D50.

It was working perfectly but a few days later, it stopped working and I had to change it to another USB port. My keyboard stopped working on the previous USB port it was connected to.

Why so?

Hello,

It's probably a driver issue.

Open your device manager and click "View" and select "Show Hidden Devices".
Now find keyboard in the device list and click the "+" sign next to it. See if the keyboard is listed more than once. If it is these are from the ports you already installed it on. Uninstall all of them, unplug your keyboard and plug it back in. Vista should detect and reinstall your keyboard.

This should resolve your problem.
