No beep on booting but dvd, hd works

Hello,

I have an issue. that's System fan is working, DVD drive is working and i can eject the cd tray and also can hear the rotating disc sound of HDD but no booting on CU and display on monitor. anybody please help me.

One choice is there Go->Mycomputer Properties->Manage->To Select View Tab->Click On Show Hidden Devices->And go to->menu Task to Select "Beep" Option->to Click on Properties->go To Driver Tab->To Check Start is Enable (or) Not.
