CD/DVD wizard does not appear

Hello,
When I put a cd or dvd in the drive the wizard asking me what I want to do i.e. view, copy etc no longer appears how can I get it back as I want to copy some wedding photos and videos on to my laptop would appriciate help thanks

it is not necessary that you have the pop up to be able to view your pictures and videos.
go to "my computer", there you will find the icon of the cd/dvd.
right click on it and then "explore", you will find all your stuffs

Thanks for that now sorted as you can guess still trying to find my way around on laptop.
