Nktel a8800 restart problem

hello i have nktel a8800 and it is not restarting please help i have also send it for reapair for 2-3 times but after 6-7 days it has the same problem please help

Hi,

When sent for repairs did the technician flash it?Please ask him to do so if not done this will be the only solution as software is corrupted.
