Hello,can someone help?

will I be able to run GTA IV with.....

Pentuim 4 3.2 ghz , Nvidia geforce 6600GT 128Mb , Windows XP sp2 Build 2600 , 1Gb DDR2 memory ?

will i be able to play GTA4 with a 1.6Ghz Dual Core procesor Pentium4?
i know that all the rest is good enough but its my CPU that im worried about

I got Windows XP 1GB RAM 128MB graphics card Pentium 4.
Can I play GTA 4
