Unable to play a movie.

Hello,


I'm unable to play a movie on my blackberry 8520 inspite of converting it from avi to 3gp and mp4 format, it was resized from about 700mb to 30mb and when played on the phone gives an error message 'unsupported format' .. pls help , thanks.

Hello,

Try this:

Do a battery pull with the device powered ON, Leave it out for roughly 30 seconds then pop it back in. Once it comes back on, try again.

Did you do the right setings that is specific for blackburry?
