Hello,
I have a Compaq Presario CQ60 which was running on factory-built in Windows Vista Home OEM but I recently changed the OS to Windows 7. However on changing the operating system, the Bluetooth and the webcam stopped working. I do not have the recovery disks hence cant revert to my initial OS. I have tried downloading the drivers to try and enable these features but it didn't work. Is there something am not doing right, or that I can do to enable these features. Kindly advice.

You will need to go the the HP web site and download and install the correct hardware drivers for your laptop.
Laptops have specific hardware drivers that are not contained in the Windows DVD.
