NEED HELP PLEASE

Hello,
yea i seem to be having a problem alot of others on here are but i dont c any answers so hopefully someone knows but yea i am on myspace and it wont let me view music to put on my profile or anything it keeps saying i dont have the new version of flash player or my java isnt on well i keep downloading the flash thing and it says it is successfull and my java is on so i have no idea what to do but even to go to the adobe website to add the media player it says i need to download the flash player i dont know what to do it says it was successfull but isnt there how do i fix this please help i have tried many things and nothing HELP ME PLEASE
