you have not told on what conditions the rows and columns are to be deleted.
if your require only first 31 rows and first 7 columns
-select all the rows you do not want e.g. form row 32 down
-right click and in the pop menu click"delete" in the middle block
similarly select all the columns 8 and to the right and right click and click "delete"
