Desktop does not show my zen mp3 player Closed

Hello,  
i cant get my zen player to pop up on my desktop so i can put music downloads onto it. it was on there once before but i can no longer find it anywhere. can u please help me to locate it? do i have to download it again to my computer?

Did you think to install the driver of your MP3? If no, go to your mp3 manufacturer official website and download the driver refering to your mp3 model and your operating system, then install it. After that, your computer will show your mp3 when you plug in it and you'll be able to put music.
