How to re-install Adobe Flash Plasher

Ok, at first I had no problem with my adobe flash player, then I recieved a virus on my computer and use malwarebytes to removed the virus, now when I go to any website that requires adobe flasher player, its wanting me to redownload the software and when I do, its still not working. But if I use firefox or google chrome, its works. How can I be able to have it work for the Interent Explorer 9. Please someone help me
