Help please, computer turning off

Hello,
I just got a new computer with an i7 processor and a x58 mb, anyway i finished assembling it and whenever i turn it on, the psu runs normally but the fans, HDD, motherboard and everything else turns off after 2-3 seconds, then after 2-3 seconds more everything starts again automatically and after another 2 seconds it turns off, it keeps doing that, turning on and off. Is it the PSU? I don't think it's the motherboard/CPU because the fand are connected directly to the PSU and they turn off too, what can I do?

you said your core i7 is assemble buy you??? try to resemble again they have incorrectly function thats my suggestion
