Hello,
sir

we have a existing software for client application which is running through VB6.0 application including windows office 2000 macros and templates.

we have a problem, as end_user opens his accounts the word sheet or word_template is not opening automatically in windows XP sevice pack 2.

but its runs nicely on windows 2000 and service pack1 platform.

what should we do for this type of problems ?

plz reply quickly as possible...............

this is not adapted for service pack 2. there are programs which are not compatible with the windows service pack 2..

but plz inform how we make it compatible with ny new Operating systems as its a windows application ?
