Web Page Import

Hello,
I import following web page in exel. The wabe page show all share rate. but when share rate change the sequace of share in web page also change. But i want my exel steet share sequnce is alfabeticaly a to z without changing sequnce but i want change rate update every 1 min. so pls tell me potion. i sent wab page link
