Conditional Formatting Issue

Hello,

I'm using Excel 2007

I want my cell in F2 to be formatted conditionally to A1 being >250 and <1501, to show up in background green+bold.

By the way A1 is also used for F1 to be <=250 and F3 to be >=1501 to show up green background and bold.

No problem getting conditional format in F1 and F3, but I'm having trouble with F2.

Please help! Thanks in advanced!

Hi Helln,

Use this formula:
=AND(A1>250,A1<1501)
