Can't re-install the Real Player

Hello,

how come I can't re-installed back Real Player in my laptop?before this, after I updated the Real Player when it still downloaded some of the vid, suddenly, the vid that still downloaded gone missing. the download tab also missing. then, I un-installed Real Player and tried to re-install it again like I used to do before but this time, it can't re-installed and it says that my Real Player download not successfully downloaded and I need to download the software again but it took a long time. Please help me!!

hi.

Have you tried installing real player gold? or an alternative such as Gom Player?

I installed Real Player Gold already but it seems that Download Now tab didn't appear in any video that I watch in Web. How to make it appear then?

perhaps in the preferences of real player. If the download tab is THAT important to you, then you could re-install your OS which would almost definitely fix the problem.
