My D:/ cant be accessed

Hello,

i cant access my D:/ i try to run system diagnostics, it keeps showing me error with IDE and stuffs.... i cant format it because there are a lot of company data in them... Plz Help A.S.A.P.
b4 i loose my JOB!!!

Let me know the error message that's being displayed when trying to open the D drive.
