Hi,
Did you use Skype for calling? Is yes, try the fix below otherwise, let me know:
Set up your microphone (go to the sound card parameter)
Open skype tools --------> Options-----> Audio, set the parameters with those of your sound card.
Decrease the volume of microphone and loudspeaker to avoid interference.
