This program does NOT work in Windows ME (Millenium). As soon as you try to run it, it asks you to upgrade to a newer version of Windows. If you don't, it won't run. I expect it would not work in Windows 98 either. On Windows XP, it's a great little program! Easy to use and doesn't require installation.
