How can I fix resoluton

Hello, I was trying to change the screen resolution and apparently I switched to an out of range frequency so the only thing that comes up on the screen is sth where it is written "frequency out of range, try other resolutions". How can I fix the problem, other than what I wrote above there is nothing on the screen, what can I do? Thanks to anyone with an answer and to anyone who takes the time to read this.

You can boot into Safe Mode ( hit F8 during the boot process - multiple times until Windows responds). The PC should default to 640X480 and 60 Hz refresh rate. Then you can correct your refresh rate change .
