Hi,
I think we need more details about your system configuration and connectivity! However, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
1) Do you hear beeping sounds when you power on the computer?
2) Do you get 'Check display' or similar error messages?
3) Make sure the video output connectivity is firmly attached to the back of the computer.
4) If the video output is well connected and the problem still persist, then the video (graphic) card might be the issue.
5) If you have another desktop computer with PCI graphic card installed, you might want to swap that.
6) Else, you might want to buy a new graphic card or contact local techs.
7) Also, please know that a mal-functioning RAM can cause display issues as well, but usually with two or more beeping sounds when the PC is powered on.
Hope those hints help!
