Greetings,
You need to download the PC Suite first. Refer to the link below for download that:
https://www.2shared.com/file/67hPbFwW/China_PhoneSuite.html
Once download, unzip it.
Connect the phone to the PC. Get the driver in the folder "driver" of ChinaPhone.
Then just click two times on the Phone Suite application (in the directory ChinaPhone) without installing it earlier.
