Sos problem does not open

Hello,
i have ares downloaded,,have used it and it works great., i press the icone but it will not show up,, it shows that my files are downloading, what can i do to make it show...

There should be a ares icon in your system tray(right hand corner of your monitor,near the clock)

Right click on the icon-show ares or show playlist

If you still have issues

go to task manager and end process related to ares

reinstalling ares may be the last option

thanxs it works now,, had to reset my computer..
