BOOTMNGR is missing

Hello,

when i tried to change my operating system ( window 7 to xp) when window finished to load file, it show the message " a problem has been detected and windows has been stut down to prevent damage to your computer", when i restarted my computer to run check disk to check hard drive corruption i face the massage " BOOTMNGR is missing"

please help me!!

what can i do?
