I would love to help you as I did personally helped others in person. But on those occasions, I was able to see their face compared it with the picture on their passport, saw the phone and papers proving the ownership; those are things we cannot do online, you must be seen in the flesh with all the papers.

Yes it is not my phone but it is my mom's phone. Please help me on my problem. It is not open-line because it is a reward for using smart broadband for 2 years. That's why it is for smart simcard only. Please help me, thanks in advanced.
