Cant open atachment....

Hello,
I cant opent atachment it sudenly stop working 1 moment i was download atachment without problems and then it just stoped???? I recive mail evrything is ok then i go to atachment Northon scan it and when i press CONTINUE nothing happens it wont show me open/save window... WHat shall i do ???? Please help its my buisnes mail and i nned it for work.. Thank you in front peeps...

what mail client do you use?

Did you try disabling norton antivirus and download?

Yahoo mail, but the thing is it worked fine till last night and then sudenly i cant open atachments any more..... and i did not changed any settings at all from either on pc or ant virus...

Try disabling your antivirus and check
what happens when you disable your norton email scanner?
norton may be the cause.you did not say me the mail client

and i have Avira anti virus :D

pc scan it and evrything it just wont give me save/open window it wont download atachment... i m going nuts with yahoo ccccc

You mentioned about norton scan initally so got confused.

Please navigate to the system tray on the bottom right hand corner and look for an open white umbrella on red background (looks to this: Posted Image )
right click it-> untick the option AntiVir Guard enable

Now try to open your attachments.
