Hello,
My notebook has problem with its bios.I can't even switch on because it has shown black screen.And I don't have recovery cd also i can't find any based bios to flash my notebook.I was wondering how can i get based bios or recovery cd for my notebook.My note book model is Toshiba Satellite L640 Part PSK0NL-00C001.Run on window7.Please kindly let me know if anyone have the suggestion for me.Thank you very much

If you can't boot into the BIOS then you can't flash it. The only option is to purchase a pre-programed BIOS chip made for your PC and replace the BIOS chip on the motherboard.
