Wireless Password not recognized

Hello,
After resetting my security settings on my Linksys WRT300N router, I tried to connect to my network with my ipad2. The ipad recognizes the network and it asks for the password. I used the correct password however a message pops up on the ipad which says, "unable to connect to my network". Can anyone help, please?

If you have cold-reset the router, this means that the password is also reset to its default values. If you were able to connect with your iPad before without problems, this is most probably the issue.

If it is the first time you use your iPad to connect to this network, and you haven't cold-reset your router, then it is most probably a misspelled password character.

Also, try navigating to your wireless router's settings by entering its IP number address in your PC's browser. There you can change various security settings like passwords and more.
