Help me regarding Nokia 2730 problems

Hello,

i have Nokia 2730 Classic..i cannot receive messages anymore even i deleted all the messages in my phone even all the data in my memory card.. every time there's an incoming message phone will always say that "not enough memory" please delete some in the files.. i already format my phone..can you help me fix my problem regarding my cellphone? thanks..
