Doesn't Work

Hi guys i'm having a problem here someone please help me
I bought all the parts of the pc and assembled it together
I started it but screen doesn't show up
The heatsink fan works the cd-writer works
Please help and btw the parts are
AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition
EliteGroup BCS Geforce 6100-m2 motherboard
Zepplin 1GB DDR2 Ram
A 450W PSU
Nvidia GeForce 8500Gt Turbo Edition
PLease help me

Hi,

What do you get on monitor, have you a message like "No signal" or something like that?
