The situation is: I have a about 15000 lines of data that needs to be cleansed. I need to change the Item description from e.g

Uncleansed = OFFSET TIB TRAY NEUTRAL ADAPTOR

Cleansed = ADAPTOR OFFSET TIB TRAY NEUTRAL

is there a way I can do this automatically? with a macro?

thanks

What rule needs to be applied to produce the desired outcome? Obviously not sorted by name.
Is the data in one cells are the elements in a cell of their own per row?

Here are the rules

Must follow the inverted nomenclature concept

E,g CATHETER FOLEY SILICONE 2WAY 3CC 24FR BLUE

Basic Noun: CATHETER
First Modifier: FOLEY - adjective ; describes the function
Second Modifier: SILICONE - Adjective ; critical attribute
Third Modifier: 2WAY- Critical attribute/form of use description
Fourth modifier: 3CC Size
Fifth Modifier: 24FR size
Sixth Modifier: BLUE Colour

Basic nouns should not be abbreviated or pluralized. i.e. GLOVE not GLOVES

Description are to be generic e.g use BLEACH instead of JAVEX(Brand name)

No Punctuations in the description
