Hello,
I am using internet through my EDGE modem in my windows 7 laptop.Now i want to share internet with my desktop running windows XP. i enable ICS in my laptop from edge modem properties>sharing.Connect with straight through cable to my desktop.i also configure alternate connection from lan setting.but its not working....can anyone give solution?please help me

I would try a cross-over cable and see if it works.
